Bailiffs collect 100 thousand rubles from foreign agent and "Dom-2" star Rustam Kalganov*
RIA Novosti: Foreign agent Solntsev* owes 100 thousand in administrative fines

The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) has opened two enforcement proceedings against blogger Rustam Kalganov*, known as Rustam Solntsev*, who is recognized as a foreign agent ( recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation ). The total amount of the fine is 100 thousand rubles, according to the agency's data and court documents, RIA Novosti reports.
The fines were imposed under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). The first administrative penalty is related to the video "Prigozhin is everything?!", published in August 2023 on a YouTube channel, where the blogger condemned the actions of the Russian army. The second fine was issued for similar publications on Kalganov's* Telegram channel in April 2024.
Let us recall that on June 6, 2024, the Russian Ministry of Justice included the blogger in the register of foreign agents. The grounds were the dissemination of false information about the activities of the authorities and cooperation with foreign media. According to the department, Kalganov* lives outside of Russia.
